The site presents my work as an entrepreneur, consultant and speaker. It sells nothing and takes no payments.

The texts and my photos are mine. The names of companies, teams, events and brands belong to their owners and appear only to describe my work with them. Press headlines and quotes belong to their authors and link to their source. Links to other websites are there for reference; I am not responsible for their content.

This site is subject to Spanish law.

Privacy

I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at the email address above.

If you write to me, I use your name, email address and message only to answer you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and carry out that work. The legal basis is your request and the steps before an agreement. I keep the messages while we are in touch and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for invoices. My email provider stores them on my behalf.

When you visit, the pages are delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to send them to you and to protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across other websites. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a safe site and knowing how many people visit it. Cloudflare is based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The videos on the Speaking page load from YouTube only when you press play. From then on, Google handles the data under its own privacy policy. policies.google.com ↗

There are no forms, no newsletter and no advertising, and I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to the email address above. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). aepd.es ↗

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, so there is no cookie banner. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. Only if you press play on a video can YouTube's player store cookies or similar data on your device.
